The fourth stage boss of Touhou 17: Wily_Beast_and_Weakest_Creature, the "Leader of the Kiketsu Group" that launches surprise attacks. She is a turtle-dragon creature (turtle_shell, dragon_girl), a Jidiao or Kicchou (吉弔), with short_hair, blonde_hair, and a prominent dragon_tail. She has the ability to erase other's willpower to resist her.

She and her group are responsible for luring the protagonist to the Animal Realm, as part of a staged invasion with the other animal groups. She's the boss of the Otter spirit.
